This unit is the back bone of almost all call scenes. This unit carries all the essential tools and supplies that are crucial for extended on scene operations and fire fighter rehabilitation (drinks and cool down station). All though most other apparatus carry the necessary tools to handle the initial responsibilities when responding to a scene this unit is what carries all the tools and supplies to carry out operations including but not limited to: residential and commercial fires, vehicle incidents, vehicle fires, hazardous materials and fuel spills, pressurized gas leaks, helicopter landings zones, mass casualty incidents, EMS response, mutual aide calls, search and rescue incidents, entanglement and crash extrication, crime scene investigation and any other incident or call that can utilize the capabilities of or tools that this unit carries.
